Dawn was fantastic throughout. She not only helped with putting everything together but also made the service proceed seamlessly.
She took the time to find out who my mother was and what she was like and made it seem as if she had known her personally. A few people afterward even asked how long Dawn had been a family friend.
Whilst funerals may not be the easiest thing to deal with in one's days of sadness, I can highly recommend Dawn. Looking back at the funeral now I wouldn't have wanted anybody else. I know that many people were particularly pleased with the service as it is extremely important for those left behind.
So many people commented after the service that they didn’t realise it was possible to have a funeral like that, but everyone agreed it was the way forward.
Dawn deserves my heartfelt thanks on behalf of all my family and friends, she has a great gift for helping people through such times, and long may that continue.
