You did my mum proud and made me feel like she was there with me as she took her final journey, I will never forget what you have done for me and my family, you truly were a blessing when i/we needed it THANKYOU

An amazing service for my husband, we had a tremendous response from all the people who attended my husbands funeral, you put him back in our hearts as the man he was, you made our hearts swell with love and best of all you made us laugh. Thank you so much.

In front of a small gathering you vividly brought my mum back to life in a truly unforgettable way. Karl was the perfect choice for us when it came to my Mother-in-Law's service. I had seen Karl a few years ago at a friends funeral, and I was so impressed with how he conducted that service, I immediately put his number in my phone. Although I had seen him before, I had know idea how the process worked relating to him gathering information and preparing what turned out to be an incredible tribute to our loved one. We had prepared some information before he arrived, which we thought may be useful to include in the service, dates, place of birth, jobs, family life etc. However, Karl is a true professional, and it wasn't long before he was able to talk about our loved one in an endearing, kind, and warm way, teasing out more details, which we hadn't even thought of including, but made the service even more personal, and created a complete and absolutely perfect picture of her life. He clearly wanted to get to know her fully, via our memories, and not just read out dates and facts. During the service, yes of course there are naturally some tears, but there was so much warmth, tender words, recreating those memories of her as clear as day, and humour, which our loved one was certainly known for. The personal tributes from family were read out by Karl on our behalf, with such care, and meaning, and by him turning to our loved one as he read words out, made the words so poignant and special.
