I'm Katya, a progressive funeral celebrant specialising in gentle, compassionate and modern funerals. Whether you are choosing a funeral service with a burial or cremation, or planning a separate Celebration of Life it is my promise to bring peace and joy to your loved family member's final farewell.

At a time that is so difficult for you, I help to craft a heartfelt eulogy and service. There are spiritual touches that I can add if you wish. Be it through poetry, sound or a beautiful holistic ritual.

At a time when life may feel emotionally and physically draining for you, my approach is to 'hold the space for you.' Helping you to think and guiding you through the process of choosing memories images and words. I entwine the power of pause and silence to reflect, with the joy of applause and celebration of the journey of life.

My aim, always, is to enable serenity and peace as together, we capture the essence of a life lived, and that your time with me helps you to feel a gentleness that will help let the light into your heart.
