Louise was one of the loveliest ladies I have ever met. She came to visit myself, my father, my brother and my two yong children following the loss of my mother. Everything, from the way she spoke to my father to the chatting about Dr Who with my children was wonderful. She then wrote a beautiful service which she allowed us to read through and make any changes that we felt necessary. On the day of the service Louise was chatty with friends and family, all of whom commented on how nice it was for someone to speak and be friendly and make what is a difficult time a tiny bit brighter.
Louise delivered the service with just the right amount of humour and emotion, and I would thoroughly reccomend her to anyone else experiencing bereavement.
