A funeral is such an important occasion, and many people are not aware of how much choice and freedom they have in creating a fitting funeral service. My role is to help you explore what aspects are important to you, and to create a flow to the service so that everything that needs to be said and done is accomplished.
I care deeply about helping people to create heartfelt and unique farewells for their loved ones, which is why I chose to train with Green Fuse as an independent Funeral Celebrant. I have over 20 years’ experience of creating rites of passage and in leading ceremonies from the heart, and I bring this experience to bear with the families I work with.
I will work alongside you, listening to your memories of the person who has died, to help you create a beautiful and unique funeral ceremony which weaves together everything needed to truly remember and honour them.
I respect and honour all spiritual beliefs, and those with none. I will support you in carrying out as much of the service yourselves as you feel able to, and I will liaise with other professionals to ensure everything runs smoothly.
In addition to funeral services at time of need, I can help you if you are planning ahead for your funeral. Also, if you would like to arrange a memorial service separately from a private burial or cremation, I can help you with that, too.
Feel free to contact me for a no-obligation chat about your requirements.
I am a member of the Natural Death Centre, the Good Funeral Guild and the Green Fuse Guild of Funeral Celebrants - and I abide by all their Codes of Practice.
