Maurice conducted our farewells today for my father. He made us feel at ease from the moment we first discussed the service and has guided through us every step with care, culminating this afternoon in an excellently conducted service. Maurice was professional and showed great empathy and kindness. He conversed clearly with great input, making the whole experience seamless and ensuring that an already stressful event was completed smoothly.

After having time to reflect on the passing of my husband, I would like to say from the bottom of my heart a big thank you to Maurice.
From asking you to be there for us from the beginning you showed us the path to take and you were there every step of the way. You knew the pain we were going through and we leaned on you for guidance and support and you never let us down. The service you gave helped us get through a difficult time and I will be forever grateful.

I will recommend you to everybody I know that has to go through the same as we did and friends and family will do the same. They all spoke highly of you after the service, thank you for being there and thank you for the Order of Service book you kindly sent me.
