We were introduced to Sally by The Cooperative Funeral Service and very grateful to them for doing so.  At such a stressful time,  what would have been a difficult discussion was made easier by Sally’s professionalism.   Sally had never met my mother, we sat and discussed her life along with looking at photographs, she asked all the appropriate questions and towards the end I felt so comfortable and at ease with her.  She portrayed by mother so true to character it was unreal.  What a wonderful lady.  I would recommend her most highly from Helen Hopkins 3.8.2011.

I recently attended a funeral ceremony conducted by Sally Ward. I was interested to read what Helen Hopkins had to say about her. I too was very impressed by Sally and would second that recommendation.
