It is so satisfying to here back from families, and to know that my services have helped them at a time of grief.

Dear Peter

Sorry it's been a few days since Alison's funeral; it's only now I've been able to sit down and write about it without crying.
I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the perfect way you delivered the service. I thought it was lovely and we've had numerous positive and complimentary comments about you and the service as a whole. Just wanted you to know.
I was desperate for the afternoon to be perfect, particularly for mum and dad, and it was. It was the tribute I wanted for Alison, with just the right balance of solemnity and humour. Can never thank you enough.
I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone I meet in our sad circumstances. Thank you from us all.

I am emailing you to thank you for the wonderful way that you conducted my Dad’s service. Everybody I spoke to afterwards was full of praise and felt that you had summed him up just right. I even heard one person say “When I go, I want him to do me”, praise indeed!

Hi Peter,
I felt I needed to email you to say thank you so very much for the wonderful service you conducted for us last Thursday. We could not have wished for anything better. We have had so many comments from both friends and family offering compliments on what a lovely tribute you gave to our dad. I hope my dad is looking down on us and feels proud of how we celebrated his life.
I wish we could have met under better circumstances, but as it is, both my family and I feel privileged you were a fundamental part of our final farewell to our lovely dad.

Where do I start?
Your help and advice and the funeral service you gave for Mum was wonderful.
We cannot thank you enough. Several people who attended the service have asked where you knew Mum from !
They really couldn’t believe that you didn’t know her personally, but that was because you took the time to find out all about Mum and the person she was.
The idea’s you gave us for the service, especially the individual roses were so meaningful and your support for both Sharon and I were so gratefully received.
Peter, words cannot express just how grateful we are to you.

Good Morning Peter,

Forgive me for using email rather than writing to you, to be honest I'm feeling fairly washed out today and suffering a lack of urgency for anything. I write to thank you on behalf of the family for everything you did yesterday and judging from the comments made to me by many of those who attended the service it was not quite what they were expecting (I think quite a number were expecting a religious service) but they all felt it was everything Mother could have wanted. Your kind words tied in with the music and readings seemed to hit the mark with everyone, not too sombre, happy memories and we all left feeling that we had celebrated a good life.

It was everything you promised it would be and more.
