I'd like to thank you once again for
the time you spent with me and Mum and your genuine interest to find out what my Dad was really like. The work you did for the eulogy was perfect; I don't know how you managed to pull out just the right things from the ramblings we shared with you but it's just what we wanted. Mum is still saying how good it was!
It was very tough for us, but we were happy (as happy as you can be) with Dad's send-off, and at least there were a few laughs during the service!
The tone and content were perfect and several of those present commented how good it was. The extra bit of care and attention to detail were noticeable. Most important of all, we appreciated the care and patience with which you formed a picture of Dad and took pains to understand the sort of goodbye we hoped to give him and did not disappoint on the day.
