Steven prepared and conducted my 6 year old daughters funeral with the utmost compassion, professionalism and precision. He made sure to discuss every detail with me and managed to incorporate many of my requests. His tribute displayed that he had listened and really got to know who my daughter was and appropriately created the perfect service for her. It was a service fit for a princess. I couldn't have asked for a more fitting service. I couldn't have got through the day without his support and reassurance or through the period after where he continued to support me through my grief. Steven comes very highly recommended and I am confident to say that anyone who is lucky enough to have Steven conduct a loved ones funeral will not be disappointed. Thank you Steven for making an extremely difficult day/time something I can look back on with Memories to cherish.

Steven prepared and led a very touching and meaningful funeral service for my mum who passed away quite suddenly after only a short period of illness. Due to the unexpected nature of her death myself, father and sister were all in shock and felt completely lost. I can honestly say that Steven was able to guide us through the process of planning and attending the funeral with utmost compassion and professionalism. The service itself was perfect and completely captured my mums spirit and personality. Quite simply we could not have got through this time without his help and he continues to support us now through the long process of grieving our loss.
